Before you write,
here is what happens.
This page summarises what happens to the data from the “Start a conversation” process. The full notice is the data controller’s: privacy policy ↗ and cookie policy ↗.
Before sending, nothing leaves the page.
While you fill it in, the fields stay in the page’s temporary memory: the draft is not saved in a database or in your browser. If you close or reload the page, the values are lost. The same goes for site search and the checklist: they work only inside the page.
What we send, and to whom.
When you choose “Send to COGI.CO”, the summary, your name and your email reach the COGI.CO server and, from there, by email, the people who reply. We use them only to reply to you and for any follow-up we agree with you.
The alternatives remain yours.
You can also copy the draft, download it or open it in your email client via a mailto link: in that case sending depends on your application and no data pass through our server.
Cookies and measurement.
The site uses no analytics or marketing pixels. The cookie banner, managed by iubenda, records your choices; you can change them at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. The server keeps the technical access data needed for operation and security.
Do not enter confidential information.
Describing a process does not require health data, third-party identifying details, credentials or confidential documents. Keep the description general. The site is not a channel for clinical data.
